Pia joined Pacific Search Partners from the Health sector, where she was the practice co-ordinator for busy specialist medical practices. In these roles she was often required to do extensive internet and industry based research on various matters related to the clinic, and medical practice growth and development. Accordingly, she developed outstanding research skills which have proved to be very transferable into our executive search practice.
With an eye for detail and inherently curious mind, two outstanding attributes for a Research and Administration Co-ordinator, Pia has a friendly demeanour and strong customer-focus which positively impacts any potential candidate sourcing assignments for our clients.
